Client Feedback
We rely on feedback from our clients to ensure that we are exceeding your expectations. We leave a receipt with each cleaning letting you know when your next cleaning is scheduled and at the bottom of that form is a client feedback survey. We ask that you take a few moments to fill this out after each cleaning and leave it out on your next regularly scheduled day.We hope there is never a problem with the cleaning that we provide. If there is, you can complete our Client Feedback Form below or call us immediately so we have the opportunity to correct any problems. We also want to make sure your personalized work order is up to date so that the situation doesn’t reoccur.
We cannot resolve a problem if we don’t know one exists, so your feedback is very important to us.
Of course, if you think the team did an exceptionally good job, we love to hear that as well!
