Our policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with the services we provided you, call us by 11am the next business day and our quality cleaning service will work with you to make things right up to and including returning to your home or office to re-clean whatever area is in question at no addition charge to you. It’s that simple!

Never Clean Again knows that you are concerned about how your personal information is used and shared, and we respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our clients. In short, we agree not to release your individual personal information or phone number for service references for any service(s) we provide without your express written permission. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Any house key provided to Never Clean Again will be assigned a number, so no personal information will be included with the key. This number references a code placed on your personalized work order. All keys are signed out on the day of your cleaning and signed back in that same day by the cleaning staff. Keys are then signed back into the key cabinet by our office personal. You homes safety and security are extremely important to us.
